About garage doors in Travisso
Travisso is a master planned community on about 2,100 acres of hills on the southwest side of Leander.
Travisso broke ground in 2014 and is approaching build-out at roughly 1,500 homes. It was developed by Taylor Morrison, with homes also built by Toll Brothers, Trendmaker and Drees.
Doors here are no more than about twelve years old. The first homes are now seeing first spring replacements; elsewhere the calls are for adjustment, sensors and smart opener setup. Many homes have three car garages and upgraded door designs.
Our recommendation for Travisso
For Travisso we recommend high cycle springs at the first replacement and a check of your builder warranty before paying for repairs on a newer home.
